The first image is of the William and Mary Park house in the 1940s that is possibly hand tinted, and the second image is of a colour photo of the house (also lived in by Gordon Park) in 2008c. Unfortunately, in 2021, the house was torn down, but it still lives on through the memories of the Park family and through windows that the Museum were given.<\/p>\r\n

L. Dittrich said this about the Park family \"Frances lived behind us when we lived on Davison Road in the 80’s. She was out on her property, clearing brush and she said working on her land made her feel like a pioneer. I laughed to myself, as that was exactly what she was in Pitt Meadows. Very lovely family. Her sister used to walk her little teacup poodle from her house (little one (the original Park house) in the cul de sac off of Davison) to visit.\" and L. McMyn said this \"I'm so glad you got to experience their home. My Dad’s absolute favourite place to go, he said, ”was aunt Minnies home. She always had so much food.” Maybe that's why dad loved feeding us, and half the neighbourhood. Especially Barry\"<\/p>\r\n
