??I remember attending Pitt Meadows Secondary when it opened in September 1961. I was in the first grade nine class at the school. I became involved with "Green and Gold" school newspaper. I was the editor for one year, about the third year the paper was published. This is 2018 and I still have most of the copies of the first four years, including the special safety issues which were entered into a provincial competition. The"Green and Gold" won this competition in about 1963 - 1964. - Judy (Pastorek) Cowan

These images are the front covers of the "Green and Gold" school newspaper

Thank-you to Judy (Pastorek) Cowan for your submission!

"IMG1":"1525388151_main_1pitt-meadows-secondary-school.jpg","IMG2":"1525388155_main_2pitt-meadows-secondary-school.jpg","IMG3":"","IMG4":"1525990540_main_4pitt-meadows-secondary-school.jpg","IMG5":"","IMG6":"","IMG7":"","IMG1_THUMB":"","IMG2_THUMB":"","IMG3_THUMB":"","IMG4_THUMB":"","IMG5_THUMB":"","IMG6_THUMB":"","IMG7_THUMB":""}X I remember attending Pitt Meadows Secondary when it opened in September 1961.
